Football Banter is a social platform.

• Points, rankings and leaderboard positions.
• Participation in fanzones, battles or other community features.

Blocking another user may limit their ability to interact with or view certain information associated with you, depending on how the feature operates.

Reports, moderation records, authentication information and other private account information are not intended to be publicly visible.

Please think carefully before posting information publicly. Content that you share publicly may be copied, saved or shared by other people.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the UK or European Economic Area.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate mechanisms, which may include an adequacy decision, UK-approved safeguards, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms.

Account deletion

Children

Football Banter is intended for people aged 16 and over.

We do not knowingly allow people under 16 to create or maintain accounts.
