Get help with your account, safety, notifications, content, football data or the Football Banter app.
Email support
Send your Football Banter username, device type, app version and a short description of the problem. Do not send your password, verification code or sign-in token.

For password resets, use the reset option on the sign-in screen. For connected Apple or X accounts, open Account settings → Security. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with it where possible.
Safety and reports
Use the in-app report, block and mute controls for posts, replies and accounts. Include relevant usernames and a description when contacting support, but avoid forwarding unnecessary private information. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Privacy and deletion
For a privacy-rights request, email support with “Privacy request” in the subject. To permanently remove your account, follow the account deletion instructions.

Send legal notices and intellectual-property concerns to support@footballbanter.app with “Legal request” in the subject and enough information for us to identify the relevant content.
